Sometimes I wish I could say things to someone with no strings attached.... a 'just for the record' talk. Nothing spiteful or mean...but just because I loved them. Actually, I don't even know what I would say. Maybe some crying and a long hug. A whole lot of "what could have beens". Maybe it's good that can't happen. I would like to think I wouldn't go back. But, I always have....so what would be different this time?
