a smile and a song

I have found (in my uncomplicated 22 years), that often a song or a quote can keep me going for days. Isn't it awesome that people can be so different and still relate so closely to one another? Today I reference a song that is probably overplayed on the radio, but owns powerful lyrics. This is me today. "I smile when I think about the way You've turned my life around. I smile when I think about the happiness in You I've found. I'm so amazed at what Your love has done. When I think the best is yet to come, I smile."

A heart...once broken, twice as strong with the mending.

I have always wondered what this quote means.
Maybe this is it....
Once it's broken , the heart knows that life throws hard blows and it is stupid to be idealistic....So it creates a strength for itself that can only come from the inside? A doubly strong heart can only be the result of a determined mental state. A resolve to heal in the face of hurt. An inner fortitude that says, "Hmm, well I guess I just found out that life can be tough and stupid. I can be puerile and pout, or I can make a change. I still have lots of days left and I refuse to let one heartbreak rule me. "

We must eliminate the negative tendancies that rule that major part of our lives.
Success is mental.

By all means, 2007, blow me away.

=) Isn't 7 God's perfect number? So couldn't this be an ultra-amazing year? Like BLOW- YOU- OUT- OF- THE- WATER- INCREDIBLE? Yeah, I am thinking it could be. haha...Well, Even if the number has nothing to do with it, I am still pumped. Hold on to your hats kids..... God is going to do great things this year. I just know it.
